I typically recommend weekly or biweekly sessions to build momentum. Over time, we can adjust the frequency based on your goals and progress.

All sessions are held securely through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, accessible by desktop or mobile browser. You can meet with me from anywhere in New York State.

Session fees typically range from $0 to $160, depending on your insurance coverage and eligibility.
Private pay rates:
45-minute session: $120
60-minute session: $160
I also accept health savings accounts (HSA), flexible spending accounts (FSA), some wellness cards, and offer reduced-fee options for eligible clients.
